Conceptual

The massing is derived from modern adaptation of Lutyen's Delhi. With the massing buildings Lutyen created sense of authority derived from scale of form. 

In the same way the design grows larger with increasing height, thus creating a sense of authority over its user through the scale while with its open terraces and usability inside creates a welcoming experience.
