Zafar Mahal

Documentation, Conservation

Zafar Mahal, in Mehrauli village, in South Delhi, India is considered the last monumental structure built by Bahadur Shah Zafar II, during the fading years of the Mughal era. The structure now lies in ruins and with INTACH, Delhi Chapter now planning to preserve the last resort of Mughals, the documentation included numerous photographs covering every corner as well as detailed drawings of layouts, conditional assessment and motifs

Documentation of the structure was done by Anuj Kumar of Rove Studios, Lokesh Singh, Krati Jain, Lopamudra Chaudhary.
